Counselling is a talking therapy where a trained therapist will listen to you and help you explore the way you are feeling. It offers a safe confidential space to help you learn how to better react to stress, pressure and / or difficulty in your life.
Finding the right counsellor for you is important and it can be difficult to take the first steps. If you would like to come and meet with me, I suggest we have an initial 50 minute session to see what has brought you to counselling and what it is you would like to explore. After this appointment you can decide how you would like to continue.
