Coaching

I offer a free 30 minute “Discovery” call. This will give us a chance to talk through the coaching process and to find out your aims and goals.

Individual coaching sessions are £80 per hour (sessions usually between 1 and 2 hours). I normally suggest a package of between 4-6 coaching sessions. Sessions are usually fortnightly but this can be discussed in the Discovery call.

Whilst I am working toward senior accreditation (Level 7), coaching fees will be reduced. This reduction is available until January 2026. Please get in touch to discuss fees.

Public Sector coaching – fees are negotiated and dependent on duration, number of people accessing support and specific project details.  Please contact me to discuss.

Counselling

I encourage a free 15-minute phone call to discuss what you might hope to get from counselling and to answer any questions.

Individual Counselling £55 per 50-minute session.
