Professional Coaching

“Picture your brain forming new connections as you meet the challenge and learn. Keep on going.” – Carol S. Dweck

If you’re standing at a crossroad, wondering what’s next in your life or career, you are not alone. I coach women and graduates who find themselves in these in-between spaces, where the next step isn’t clear, but something inside is calling for change.

With a warm, supportive approach and years of experience, I’ll work with you to find clarity, strengthen your confidence, and create a strategy that feels right for you. Together, we’ll uncover your right path so you can move forward with purpose, self-belief, and a renewed sense of possibility.

I came to coaching in my own mid-30s, during a time of personal and professional uncertainty. I was asking big questions about what I really wanted—what mattered most. Just six coaching sessions helped me reconnect with my values, clarify my long-term goals, and create a clear, accountable plan. Within a year, I had changed jobs, chosen a new career path, and felt more grounded, calm, and aligned with who I truly was.

That experience was life-changing—and it’s what inspired me to become a coach myself. Now, I create that same space for others: a space to reflect, explore, and move forward with confidence and clarity.

I specialise in coaching clients through career transitions, helping them navigate change, make intentional decisions, and align their next steps with who they truly are.

If you're curious about how coaching could support you, I’d love to invite you to book a free 30-minute discovery call. It’s a chance for us to connect, explore what you need, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

I am an EMCC accredited professional coach and work collaboratively with individuals and teams.

Usually people have between 4 and 8 coaching sessions. Each session can be 1, 1.5 or 2 hours long. The session length will be agreed prior to first coaching session.

In my experience people decide to engage with coaching for a number of reasons for both personal and professional growth. Some example clients that I am working with:

  1. A professional transitioning to a management role
I work and support professionals who are moving into leadership or management roles, seeking guidance on how to navigate the shift in responsibilities, build confidence as a leader, and establish strategies for success in their new role.

  2. A student reaching the end of university
I work with students and graduates finishing university who are unsure about their next career steps, looking for clarity on how to translate their academic experiences into career opportunities and set a clear, actionable career path.

  3. A parent seeking a change to career after maternity
I support mums re-entering the workforce after maternity leave, seeking support in identifying new career directions, regaining confidence, and balancing personal and professional life during the time of transition.

  4. A mature student working toward achieving work-life balance whilst studying, working and supporting young family
I work with people juggling academic commitments with personal and professional responsibilities, seeking support in managing their time, aligning their priorities, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
